Allergies – HEPA filters

I went through every possible treatment for my allergies and it turns out all I needed were some good HEPA filters in my house. Now I’m SO much better.

    do you know if eating zinc supplements are good for skin? i’ve read in forums it is but when i did it i felt sick after awhile…
